Roadmap

HoodPerp ships in sequential phases. Each phase builds on the last — spot and perps first, then differentiated products on top.

Phase 0 — Foundation#

The core trading stack, live today.

• Spot swap: USDG ↔ stock tokens via Uniswap v4
• Perps terminal: Lighter market data, order placement, deposits
• Router: atomic stock → USDG → deposit
• Production deployment with wallet auth

Phase 1 — Scale spot & perps#

Operational hardening and breadth.

• Full token registry via dynamic v4 pool resolution
• Continuous OHLC chart data from the price recorder
• Live integrator fee attribution

Phase 2 — AI Basket#

A single tradable basket giving one-click exposure to a curated set of AI-related equities — differentiated from picking individual names.

Exit criteria#

Users can mint/redeem the basket token, swap it or use it as Router input, and see basket NAV on-chain.

Phase 3 — Morpho Lending#

Keep your stock exposure while borrowing USDG against it — the structural alternative to “swap to USDG then trade.”

Exit criteria#

A permissionless Morpho market where users supply USDG or post stock collateral, with borrow/repay wired into the trade UI and documented liquidation monitoring.
