$HPERP buyback

Every fee HoodPerp earns flows toward a single purpose: buying back $HPERP on the open market. Usage of the protocol directly funds the buyback.

How it works#

Fees accrue. Spot swap fees and perp integrator rebates collect in the protocol's fee recipient.
Fees settle to the vault. Accumulated USDG is routed to the BuybackVault.
Buyback executes. The vault swaps USDG for $HPERP via Uniswap v3 (USDG → WETH → $HPERP) and burns the proceeds.

$HPERP is the protocol token. Its role is to capture the value of protocol activity through the buyback program.
